Owner and inspector, Jason Govekar, has over 20 years experience working in the home industry. Prior to breaking into the home inspection facet of the industry, Jason spent many years in home improvement retail, building supply, and was a licensed realtor. Based out of Gurnee, IL, we are your go-to home inspectors in Northern Illinois.

I am passionate about giving back to the community. Organizing an annual winter coat drive over the past decade, I single-handedly collected and donated nearly a thousand coats, sweaters, hats and gloves benefiting the Pacific Garden Mission and the less fortunate in Chicago. I spent several years volunteering at the Holy Family Food Pantry in Waukegan ensuring the community had warm meals on cold nights. I also hosted events to raise money for the Make-a-Wish foundation. As Covid came into play, these opportunities have new challenges, but I look forward to forming a new relationship with Habitat for Humanity and local pet rescues.

I am also the proud owner and operator of Celebration Midwest Entertainment. While I inspect homes by day, I celebrate weddings at night as a wedding DJ. My expertise connect me with people during two of the greatest times of their lives. Their wedding day and the purchase of their first home.
